On August 3rd 2011 twenty of us met at a city centre coffee bar; we were briefed. We formed into groups, team leaders emerged and wem selected at random from six briefs. The teams then had two hours to shoot the images for a publication; this is that publication – the first to be published by Exposure Leeds.
But the moments they capture in these photographs look anew at the sensations contained in the world around us all, the landscape so familiar and quotidian to our tired eyes.
Exposure Leeds, in this wonderful little book, have made the stone stony.
