Photo Projects Self-Help Group

I’m please to announce that the first workshop for the photographic project self help group will be taking place on 11th August at Pavilion‘s gallery in Holbeck, Leeds.

These meetings are small social-type workshops aimed at anyone who is struggling with an existing project or looking to start work on a photographic body of work.

There is no requirement to have any specific experience, background, genre of photography or approach to your project – these sessions are designed to help us inspire and support each other to make it more likely we finish what we start!

The main workshop will be around how we can use storytelling in photography.

Everyone should also bring one image (a print) of something that relates to a project you have undertaken or would like to undertake. This image does not need to be of your own creation.

Date: 11th August – Time: 18:00 to 20:30 – Location

If you are attending (or interested but can’t attend) please indicate below. And feel free to post any questions!

Note: there is a Flickr group for those in Leeds (or nearby) and interested in photo projects
