Announcing the next Exposure Leeds event – a technology special with sessions on…
- – Getting Started with Photoshop (if you want to do this – might be worth bringing photos on CD/memory stick) – Jon Dolan (JohnFotohouse)
- – Developing Leodis and local social photography – Mike Wallis (Nalsa)
- – Capture NX - John Wood (JohnSWood)
- – Photosynth (having a camera will be an advantage!) – Jon Eland (Strawbleu)
- – HDR - Nick Efford
In addition there will a print swap – bring along one of your prints and take away another of your choice in return!
How does the Printswap work?
- Turn up with a print and hand it in to the greeter (write your name and flickr / email address on it – you may make a new contact!)
- Receive a sticker in return – write your name on this and keep it ‘safe’
- While you’re in the sessions a volunteer with turn the prints into a temporary gallery.
- At the given time all the exhibitors get the chance to peruse the exhibition and select their image (first choice is final)
- At the end of the evening you take your chosen print home!
Beyond this there will be the usual noticeboard, information on the upcoming photocamp and networking / socialising opportunities.
